【摘要】：正双侧大脑脚梗死(Bilateral cerebral peduncular infarction BCPI)是一种少见的缺血性脑血管疾病,其主要的临床表现为闭锁综合征及植物状态~[1]。尽管Asakawa~[2]最近报道了在头部DWI成像上呈典型的"米老鼠耳征样(Mickey Mouse ears’sign)"的双侧大脑脚梗死,但对它的临床表现、头部核磁特点及预后少有文献报道。我院于2015收治1例在头部
[Abstract]:Positive bilateral cerebral foot infarction (Bilateral cerebral peduncular infarction BCPI) is a rare ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Its main clinical manifestations are atresia syndrome and vegetative state ~ [1]. Although Asakawa~ [2] has recently reported bilateral cerebral foot infarction with a typical "ear-like (Mickey Mouse ears'sign)" on head DWI imaging, there are few literature reports on its clinical manifestations, head magnetic characteristics and prognosis.
