神经系统副肿瘤综合征误诊22例临床分析

【摘要】：正神经系统副肿瘤综合征(paraneoplastic syndromes,PNS)指部分恶性肿瘤患者在未发生肿瘤直接转移和浸润的情况下,即造成神经系统包括脑、脊髓、周围神经、神经肌肉接头及肌肉病变,而引起复杂多样的神经系统功能障碍,临床极易导致漏诊和误诊。现将我科近5a来收治的22例本病患者的临床资料总结如下。
[Abstract]:Positive nervous system paratumor syndrome (paraneoplastic syndromes,PNS) refers to some malignant tumor patients without direct tumor metastasis and invasion, that is, the nervous system, including brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction and muscle lesions, resulting in complex nervous system dysfunction, which is easy to lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The clinical data of 22 patients with this disease who have been treated in our department in recent 5 years are summarized as follows.
