丁苯酞注射液在颈内动脉狭窄患者介入治疗围手术期应用的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液在颈内动脉狭窄患者介入治疗围手术期的临床疗效及其安全性?方法:选取80例介入治疗的颈内动脉狭窄患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例;两组均给予常规治疗阿司匹林肠溶片100mg日一次,氯吡格雷75mg日一次,立普妥20mg日一次,而治疗组,基于对照组基础之上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液100ml日二次,疗程为14天。两组进行治疗的时间为两周?两组在治疗前及治疗后记录脑血容量(cerebral blood volume,CBV)?脑血流量(cerebral blood flow,CBF)?平均通过时间(mean transit time,MTT)及达峰时间(time to peak,TTP)参数,进行神经功能缺损程度评分?并通过SPSS19.0进行统计,所得到的结果再利用t进行检验,对每个变量之间所存在的差异进行统计,观察有无统计学意义?结果:与对照组相比,不仅治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而且治疗后脑血容量(cerebral blood volume,CBV)、脑血流量(cerebral blood flow,CBF)、平均通过时间(mean transit time,MTT)及达峰时间(time to peak,TTP)参数差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液是一类新型脑保护药物,具有抗缺血作用,对颈内动脉狭窄患者介入围手术期的治疗安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of butylphthalein sodium chloride injection in perioperative period of interventional therapy in patients with internal carotid artery stenosis. Methods: 80 patients with internal carotid artery stenosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). Both groups were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets once a day, clopidogrel 75mg once a day and Lipitor 20 mg daily, while the treatment group was treated with 100 ml sodium butylphthalein chloride injection twice a day for 14 days. The treatment time of the two groups was two weeks? The cerebral blood volume (cerebral blood volume,CBV) was recorded before and after treatment in the two groups. Cerebral blood flow (cerebral blood flow,CBF)? The mean transit time (mean transit time,MTT) and peak time (time to peak,TTP) parameters were used to score the degree of neurological deficit. And through SPSS19.0 statistics, the results are tested by t, and the differences between each variable are statistically analyzed. Is there any statistical significance to observe? Results: compared with the control group, not only the score of neurological deficit in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), but also the cerebral blood volume (cerebral blood volume,CBV), cerebral blood flow (cerebral blood flow,CBF), mean transit time (mean transit time,MTT) and peak time (time to peak,TTP) parameters were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion: butylphthalein sodium chloride injection is a new type of brain protective drug, which has anti-ischemic effect and is safe and effective in the perioperative treatment of patients with internal carotid artery stenosis.
