生物钟基因多态性与帕金森病及其伴发的抑郁和睡眠障碍的关联研究

目的生物钟系统的功能紊乱参与了抑郁症和睡眠障碍的发病。研究发现,生物钟相关基因Cry1rs2287161、Cry2rs10838524和Tef rs738499的单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)与抑郁症的易感性相关,而Tef rs738499与睡眠障碍患者的不宁腿综合征和慢波睡眠相关。本研究通过检测这三个SNP在原发性抑郁症(Major depression disorder,MDD)组、帕金森病(Parkinson’sdisease, PD)组、PD伴抑郁(Depression in PD,dPD)组、PD非抑郁(Non-dPD,n-dPD)组和健康对照组间的分布,验证其与MDD易感性的关系,初步探讨其与PD易感性的关系,探讨这三个SNPs与dPD易感性的关系及dPD的危险因素,并通过分析这三个SNPs与PD睡眠量表(PD sleep scale,PDSS)评分的关系,探讨其与PD伴睡眠障碍的关系及PD睡眠质量的影响因素。方法PD患者408例,男性251例,女性157例,年龄32-85岁,平均年龄(65.3±10.2)岁;MD...
