【摘要】:肌电反馈诊疗系统是集肌电采集,低频电刺激,生物反馈电刺激及肌电评估等功能于一体的康复综合诊疗系统,它在实时肌电分析和评估的基础上开展电刺激治疗将有效提高康复治疗的科学性和可靠性。肌电反馈诊疗系统在治疗下腰痛、中风、肌萎缩等疾病中具有重要的应用价值。 本论文介绍了整个系统的设计研发。本论文先介绍了下位机硬件系统。下位机包括采集,电源,CPU及刺激四个部分。首先阐述了各个电路部分的实现方案,功能和工作原理;其次介绍下位机的印制电路板设计方法。论文随后介绍了上位机软件系统。软件系统包括患者管理,肌电采集,低频电刺激,生物反馈电刺激,肌电评估五个模块。首先介绍了系统的需求分析和需求描述。然后介绍了软件五个模块的设计及功能特点及长处。论文最后介绍了当今评估sEMG的肌力、疲劳度等的一些主要方法及软件目前达到的效果,包括感兴趣区分析,肌电多参数对比等。 论文最后介绍了仪器遵循的三个标准,以及本仪器在医院进行了临床的采集和刺激,且均收到了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:EMG feedback diagnosis and treatment system is a comprehensive rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system which integrates the functions of electromyography acquisition, low frequency electrical stimulation, biofeedback electrical stimulation and myoelectric evaluation. On the basis of real-time electromyography analysis and evaluation, electric stimulation therapy will effectively improve the scientific nature and reliability of rehabilitation treatment. EMG feedback diagnosis and treatment system in the treatment of low back pain, stroke. Muscle atrophy and other diseases have important application value. This paper introduces the design and development of the whole system. This paper first introduces the hardware system of the lower computer. The lower computer includes acquisition, power supply. CPU and stimulation. Firstly, the realization scheme, function and working principle of each circuit are described. Secondly, the paper introduces the design method of the printed circuit board of the lower computer. The software system includes patient management, electromyography collection, low frequency electrical stimulation and biofeedback electrical stimulation. This paper introduces five modules of EMG evaluation. First, it introduces the requirement analysis and description of the system. Then it introduces the design, functional characteristics and advantages of the five modules of the software. Finally, the paper introduces the muscle strength evaluation of sEMG. Some of the main methods of fatigue and the results achieved by the software, including the analysis of the region of interest, the comparison of electromyoelectric parameters and so on. At the end of the paper, the three standards followed by the instrument were introduced, and the instrument was collected and stimulated in hospital.
