【摘要】:目的总结近年来以脂肪干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)作为种子细胞构建可注射型组织工程脂肪的研究进展。方法检索国内外ADSCs复合可注射型三维支架材料构建组织工程脂肪的相关研究文献,主要对ADSCs特性、可注射型支架材料创新、分化诱导方式和促进血液供应等方面研究成果进行总结。结果ADSCs具有数量充足、强大的分泌功能等特性,与多种可注射型支架材料复合后相容性良好,辅以生长因子等促进血液供应的策略,可构建多种形式的可注射型组织工程脂肪。结论以ADSCs为种子细胞构建可注射型组织工程脂肪虽然面临诸多亟待解决的问题,但其可能为临床上修复软组织缺损和整形填充提供一种优良、易操作的可注射型填充材料。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the adipose-derived stem cells of adipose stem cells in recent years. ADSCs) as seed cells for the construction of injectable tissue engineering fat. Methods to search the domestic and foreign ADSCs composite injectable three-dimensional scaffold materials for the construction of tissue engineering fat related literature. The characteristics of ADSCs, the material innovation of injectable scaffold, differentiation induction and blood supply were summarized. Results the number of ADSCs was sufficient. Strong secretory function and other characteristics, with a variety of injectable scaffold materials after the compatibility of good, supplemented with growth factors and other strategies to promote blood supply. Conclusion the construction of injectable tissue engineering fat with ADSCs as seed cell is faced with many problems to be solved. But it may provide an excellent and easy-to-operate injectable filling material for repairing soft tissue defect and plastic filling.
