聚乳酸基形状记忆输卵管避孕器的制备与应用安全性分析

【摘要】:背景:在选用输卵管避孕节育器材料时,可以使用形状记忆聚合物材料,这种新型材料可以在外界温度影响下发生一定的形状变化,还具备良好的生物降解性,对人体安全无害。目的:制备聚乳酸基形状记忆输卵管避孕器,并分析其应用特点。方法:首先,制备聚乳酸基形状记忆输卵管避孕器。将60只雌性新西兰大白兔随机分为2组,每组30只,实验组在双侧输卵管置入聚乳酸基形状记忆材料避孕器,对照组不置入避孕器。置入后不同时间点进行大体观察、血液及组织学检测。结果与结论:(1)大体观察结果:置入后4周,避孕器表面光滑并发生变形,较置入前明显变粗、变短;置入6周时,避孕器更短更细,部分已见不到避孕器。(2)血液检测结果:置入后6周,两组白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、肌酐、尿素水平比较差异无显著性意义。(3)组织学观察结果:置入后4周,实验组输卵管黏膜层存在明显的水肿和充血现象;置入后6周,实验组输卵管黏膜层存在极少量的淋巴细胞浸润现象,黏膜层水肿和充血现象得到显著改善。(4)结果表明,聚乳酸基形状记忆材料避孕器置入卵管后会发生形变及降解,置入早期会对输卵管壁造成一定的压迫,但未出现细胞毒性,具有良好的应用安全性。
[Abstract]:Background: shape memory polymer material can be used in the selection of fallopian tube contraceptive material. This new material can change shape under the influence of external temperature and has good biodegradability. Objective: to prepare polylactic acid shape memory fallopian tube contraceptive and analyze its application characteristics. Methods: firstly. 60 female New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 in each group. The experimental group was placed in bilateral fallopian tubes with PLA-shape memory material contraceptive device. In the control group, the contraceptive device was not inserted. At different time points after implantation, gross observation, blood and histological examination were performed. Results and conclusion: the surface of the contraceptive device was smooth and deformed 4 weeks after implantation. Thicker and shorter than before placement; At 6 weeks, the device was shorter and finer, and some of them could not see the result of blood test. Six weeks after implantation, the white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, creatinine were found in both groups. The results of histological observation showed that there was obvious edema and hyperemia in the mucosal layer of fallopian tube in the experimental group 4 weeks after implantation. At 6 weeks after implantation, there was a very small amount of lymphocyte infiltration in the mucosal layer of fallopian tube in the experimental group, and the edema and congestion of the mucosal layer were significantly improved. Polylactic acid shape memory material contraceptive could deform and degrade after placement of oviduct, and early placement would cause compression on oviduct wall, but no cytotoxicity, so it had good safety in application.
