【摘要】:水迷宫图像采集实验是一种让实验动物寻找隐藏平台并通过分析其参数来判断动物脑功能好坏的一种实验方案,广泛应用于医学、生物学、神经学等领域。虽然目前水迷宫设备的设计方案有很多,但是,相比于其他的水迷宫设计方案,本实验设计有其独特性和优点,克服了之前许多水迷宫设备的缺陷和不足。本文的主要工作如下: 本实验设备是利用虚拟仪器Lab VIEW (laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench),在使用通用数字摄像头、计算机,配以任意图像采集卡的基础上完成的。在低成本的基础上开发出来的具有测量准确、功能齐全、操作简单的特点,并且根据实验目的的需要增加了几个新的参数指标。 首先,为了降低实验的成本,本实验系统放弃使用NI (National Instrument)公司推出的配套图像采集卡,而采用了价格更加低廉的SDK2000图像采集卡来进行设计,在确保实验功能齐全、测量准确和操作简单的基础上降低了系统的成本,便于设备的规模化生产和降低了科研院所的科研预算,具有很高的推广性和普及性。 其次,随着水迷宫实验系统的发展,一些现有的参数指标已经远远不能满足实验目的要求,通过查阅有关文献,本实验增加了新的参数指标,如折返率,来更加全面的根据实验结果分析、评估动物的脑功能。 最后,随着科学技术的进步,由于Lab VIEW是模块化的编程语言,本系统更加容易对软件进行升级、扩展或者与其他实验设备进行连接、合并使用。 总之,本实验设备在克服了其他同类设备的不足和缺陷的同时,又有着自己的特点和优势,具有一定的应用价值,前景广阔。
[Abstract]:The water maze image acquisition experiment is a kind of experimental scheme that allows experimental animals to find hidden platform and judge the brain function of animals by analyzing its parameters. It is widely used in medicine and biology. Although there are many design schemes for water maze equipment, compared with other water maze design schemes, this experimental design has its own unique features and advantages. The main work of this paper is as follows:. The experiment equipment is completed on the basis of using the virtual instrument Lab VIEW and laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench, using the universal digital camera, computer, and any image acquisition card. The device is developed on the basis of low cost, which has accurate measurement and complete function. The operation is simple and several new parameters are added according to the need of experiment. First of all, in order to reduce the cost of the experiment, the experimental system abandoned the use of NI National Instrument-based image acquisition card, and adopted a cheaper SDK2000 image acquisition card to design it. On the basis of accurate measurement and simple operation, the cost of the system is reduced, which is convenient for the large-scale production of the equipment and reduces the research budget of the scientific research institute. It has high popularization and popularization. Secondly, with the development of the water maze experimental system, some existing parameters can not meet the requirements of the experiment. To more fully assess the brain function of animals based on the results of the experiment. Finally, with the development of science and technology, because Lab VIEW is a modular programming language, it is easier for the system to upgrade, extend or connect with other experimental equipment. In a word, the experimental equipment not only overcomes the shortcomings and defects of other similar equipments, but also has its own characteristics and advantages, which has certain application value and broad prospect.
