听觉稳态反应产生机制研究进展

【摘要】:听觉稳态反应(ASSR)是某种周期性连续刺激模式下,在头皮上记录的听觉及相关神经活动信息。在特定条件下,ASSR反应比瞬态反应更易引出,具有独特的临床应用价值,但目前ASSR的产生机制尚存争议,影响相关应用的推广和深化。随着新的处理技术和研究成果的出现,现在认为ASSR主要和线性叠加以及频率挟带理论有关。根据当前研究进展和我们的工作贡献,本文特别对此加以梳理和评论,指出高刺激率瞬态信号重建技术可望促进稳态反应产生机制的研究。
[Abstract]:Auditory steady-state response (ASSRs) is the auditory and related neural activity information recorded on the scalp under a kind of periodic and continuous stimulation mode. Under certain conditions, ASSR response is more easily elicited than transient response, and has unique clinical application value. However, the mechanism of ASSR is still controversial, which affects the promotion and deepening of related applications. With the emergence of new processing technology and research results, It is now believed that ASSR is mainly related to linear superposition and frequency entrainment theory. According to the current research progress and our contribution, this paper specifically reviews and reviews it. It is pointed out that the technique of transient signal reconstruction at high stimulation rate is expected to promote the study of the mechanism of steady state reaction.
