4种不同品牌热凝树脂基托材料颜色稳定性研究

【摘要】:目的: 检测4种不同品牌热凝义齿树脂基托材料在红酒、可乐、咖啡及茶四种溶液中浸泡不同时间的颜色变化及光泽度变化,测定4种树脂基托材料的吸水值和溶解值,评价4种树脂基托材料的颜色稳定性,探讨树脂基托材料颜色稳定性与吸水性和溶解性及光泽度的关系,为临床医生正确选用材料、指导义齿的使用和保养提供参考依据。 方法: 实验选用临床常用的4种品牌热凝义齿树脂基托材料新世纪、贺利氏、日进和山八,按照材料生产厂家说明书要求分别进行加热固化,待试件固化后取出,用金相砂纸依次打磨试件表面。每种材料分成5组,每组5个试件,分别浸泡于红酒、可乐、咖啡及普洱茶中。将试件分别于1、28和84d后从5种浸泡溶液中取出,用光度色度计测量每个试件的颜色,用光泽度仪测量每个试件的光泽度。按照ISO1567:1999标准测量4种品牌热凝义齿树脂基托材料的吸水值和溶解值。 结果: 新世纪、贺利和山八品牌的树脂材料随着浸泡时间的延长颜色变化逐渐增加,,贺利氏品牌的树脂颜色变化趋势最大。4种树脂基托材料在溶液中浸泡1、28和84d后,贺利氏在红酒中的ΔE值增大最显著,有统计学意义(P0.05)。贺利氏和新世纪品牌树脂材料在红酒中浸泡84d后ΔE值大于3.7,在临床不可以接受。日进品牌树脂材料在可乐、咖啡和茶中浸泡1、28和84d后,ΔE值差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。贺利氏品牌树脂基托材料在红酒中浸泡84d后光泽度下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。此外,贺利氏树脂的吸水值高于其他品牌树脂,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论: 通过对不同热凝树脂基托材料在4种浸泡溶液中浸泡1、28和84d后的颜色和光泽度变化以及材料的吸水值和溶解值的数据分析得出以下结论: 1、义齿树脂基托材料的组成成分、浸泡的时间和浸泡溶液的性质均不同程度地影响树脂材料的颜色稳定性,日进品牌的树脂材料颜色稳定性最高。 2、义齿树脂基托材料的颜色变化,与材料的吸水性和溶解性及光泽度有关。贺利氏品牌树脂材料在红酒中浸泡84d后的颜色变化最显著,与其吸水值较高和光泽度下降值较大有一定的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective:. The changes of color and glossiness of four different brands of thermosetting denture resin base materials in red wine, cola, coffee and tea for different time were detected, and the water absorption and dissolution values of four kinds of resin base materials were determined. The color stability of four kinds of resin base materials was evaluated and the relationship between color stability and water absorption solubility and glossiness of resin base materials was discussed in order to provide reference basis for clinicians to select materials correctly and guide the use and maintenance of denture. Methods:. In the experiment, four kinds of commonly used thermocoagulant denture resin base materials, such as New Century, Holly's, Rijin and Shanba, were used for heating curing in accordance with the requirements of the material manufacturer's instructions, and the samples were taken out after curing. The surface of the sample was polished with metallographic sandpaper. Each material was divided into 5 groups, each group of 5 samples were soaked in red wine, cola, coffee and Pu'er tea respectively. The samples were removed from 5 kinds of soaking solutions after 1: 28 and 84 days, respectively. The color of each sample was measured by photometric colorimeter, the gloss of each specimen was measured by gloss meter, and the water absorption and dissolution values of four kinds of thermal denture resin base materials were measured according to ISO1567:1999 standard. Results:. In the new century, the color changes of resin materials of Heli and Shanba brand gradually increased with the prolongation of soaking time. The color change trend of resin of Heli's brand was the greatest. 4 kinds of resin base materials were soaked in solution for 1h 28 d and 84 d later. The 螖 E value of Holly's red wine increased most significantly, with statistical significance (P 0.05). The 螖 E value of Holly's and New Century brand resin materials was greater than 3.7 after they were soaked in red wine for 84 days, which was not acceptable in clinical practice. There was no significant difference in 螖 E value between coffee and tea after being soaked for 1 ~ 28 and 84 days (P < 0.05). After 84 days of immersion in red wine, the gloss of the resin base material of Holly's brand decreased obviously, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), in addition, there was no significant difference in 螖 E value between coffee and tea after soaking in red wine for 84 days. The absorbency of Heli resin was higher than that of other brands, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion:. The following conclusions were obtained by analyzing the changes of color and gloss, water absorption value and dissolution value of different thermosetting resin base materials after being immersed in four kinds of immersion solutions for 1d and 84d. 1. The composition of denture resin base material, the time of soaking and the properties of soaking solution all affect the color stability of resin material to some extent, and the color stability of resin material of daily brand is the highest. 2, the color change of denture resin base material is related to its water absorption, solubility and gloss. There is a certain correlation with its higher water absorption value and greater gloss decreasing value.
