电子直线加速器控制系统的相关研究

【摘要】:第一部分 我参与了电子直线加速器控制系统方面的研制工作,主要涉及计算机控制装置、电子枪控制电路和束流信号监测装置。我们研制的一种工业辐照电子直线加速器的计算机控制装置,包括PLC主控制器,控制系统工作站和通讯装置;工作站的人机控制界面采用SEP7和C等语言编写。本装置的特点包括通用性强、可靠性更好、功能更强大。我们设计的一种电子直线加速器用的电子枪控制电路,包括交流供电电路、电子枪可调控制电路和压控调压调相模块。该电路可以通过控制电子枪的灯丝电压实现加速器输出电子束流的稳定,也增加了电子枪控制电路工作的稳定性和安全性。反馈电路的使用可以自行调节电子枪灯丝的发射,使其发射趋于稳定。我们设计了一种电子直线加速器束流信号监测装置,包括脉冲束流后置放大器、束流积分放大器和束流监测系统。束流检测系统输出的脉冲电压信号可最终转换为数字量,并通过数字表显示束流值大小。本装置与现有其他技术相比,使用方便,容易操作,稳定性更好。 第二部分 光纤电流传感器可应用于电子直线加速器,作为感应束流大小的手段。我研究了将在线式金属线栅偏振光检测器应用到两个光纤光学传感器中。利用聚焦离子束技术将金属线栅结构加工到一个工作在1550nm波段的标准单模光纤的端面。金属线栅选用的金属是金,周期为200nm,尺寸远小于入射光的波长。根据有效介质理论,通过金属线栅结构的透射光为偏振光。TE模式和TM模式的反射率对比度为13.7dB,其对比度和灵敏度可满足弹光效应和法拉第磁光效应引起的偏振性变化的检测要求。基于金属线栅结构,得到了灵敏度为0.237rad/N的压力传感器和灵敏度为0.06022degree/A的电流传感器。
[Abstract]:Part one. I was involved in the development of the electronic linear accelerator control system, mainly involved in computer control devices, The electronic gun control circuit and beam signal monitoring device. We developed a computer control device for industrial irradiation electron linear accelerator, including PLC main controller, control system workstation and communication device. The man-machine control interface of the workstation is written in SEP7 and C languages. The features of the device include strong versatility, better reliability and more powerful functions. We designed an electronic gun control circuit for the electronic linear accelerator. The circuit includes an AC power supply circuit, an electronic gun adjustable control circuit and a voltage-controlled voltage modulation module, which can achieve the stability of the output electron beam current of the accelerator by controlling the filament voltage of the electron gun. It also increases the stability and safety of the electron gun control circuit. The use of feedback circuit can adjust the emission of the electron gun filament and make its emission more stable. We have designed a beam signal monitoring device for the electron linear accelerator. It includes a pulse beam post-amplifier, a beam integral amplifier and a beam current monitoring system. The pulse voltage signal output from the beam detection system can be converted to digital value. Compared with other techniques, the device is easy to use, easy to operate and more stable. Part two. Fiber optic current sensors can be used in electronic linear accelerators, As a means of induced beam size, I have studied the application of on-line metal wire gate polarization detector to two optical fiber optical sensors. The metal wire gate structure is fabricated into a 1550nm wave using focused ion beam technology. The end face of the standard single-mode optical fiber for the segment. The metal used for the metal wire grid is gold, The period is 200 nm and the size is much smaller than the wavelength of incident light. According to the effective medium theory, The reflectivity contrast of the transmission light in the metal wire gate structure is 13.7dB in polarized light .te mode and TM mode. The contrast and sensitivity can meet the detection requirements of the polarization change caused by the elastic-optical effect and Faraday magneto-optic effect. In the metal wire grid structure, The pressure sensor with sensitivity of 0.237rad/N and the current sensor with sensitivity of 0.06022degree/A are obtained.
