基于逆向工程的骨水泥间隔器阴模设计

【摘要】:逆向工程技术在人工骨骼的修复与制造中的应用是逆向工程技术研究的一个重要方面。人工关节置换手术日益普及,但关节置换手术后存在感染问题,骨水泥间隔器作为人工关节的暂代物在术后治疗中取得了较好的效果。由于骨水泥硬化速度快及医生制作熟练度等原因,医生制作骨水泥间隔器过程中存在间隔器制作精度低且难以与人体骨骼达到较好的匹配等问题。基于上述问题,提出了以逆向工程为基础的骨水泥间隔器阴模的设计流程,实现其阴模的快速设计,为骨水泥间隔器的制造提供一种简便、高效的方法,并以人体膝关节假体为例,实现整个设计流程。
[Abstract]:The application of reverse engineering in the repair and manufacture of artificial skeleton is an important aspect of reverse engineering.Artificial joint replacement surgery is becoming more and more popular, but infection problems exist after joint replacement surgery, bone cement spacer as a temporary replacement of artificial joint has achieved good results.Due to the rapid hardening of bone cement and the proficiency of the doctor in making the bone cement spacer, there are some problems such as low precision and difficulty in matching with the human bone in the process of making the bone cement spacer.Based on the above problems, the design flow of cement spacer negative die based on reverse engineering is put forward, which realizes the rapid design of cement spacer, and provides a simple and efficient method for the manufacture of bone cement spacer.And take the human knee joint prosthesis as an example to realize the whole design process.
