眼科激光治疗仪能量反射装置的制作研究

【摘要】:激光是受激辐射产生的。它具有亮度高,方向性强,相干性好,单色性好的特点。激光在医学上的研究和使用已超过25年的历史,特别是在眼科领域的应用最为深入而广泛。激光治疗眼病有许多独到之处:因为激光有很多物理性效应,,如压强效应,光热效应,电磁场效应等。正因为色素膜和视网膜有很多丰富的色素,容易吸收光能,转化为热能,从而使激光照射达到治疗目的。目前眼科激光治疗主要用于:凝固新生血管,封闭黄斑渗漏点,治疗眼底病;封闭视网膜裂孔,治疗视网膜脱离;准分子激光治疗屈光不正虹膜切除,治疗继发性青光眼等。 本设计重点是制作一个眼科激光治疗仪,即卡尔.蔡司VISULAS Trion眼底激光器的反射装置,使入射光通过45°的反射镀膜,反射到盛放人眼细胞的培养皿上,从而模拟激光对人眼细胞的照射,达到临床研究目的。通过测量从50mw-200mw的激光能量发射,每个能量值测量十组反射能量数据,取平均值,分别测量镀铝金属高反射膜、镀银金属高反射膜、多层介质高反射膜等三种不同镀膜对入射激光的反射率,对比镀膜反射率,找出多层介质高反射膜为最适合培养人眼细胞的反射镀膜,从而完成激光反射装置的制作,交付临床研究使用。
[Abstract]:The laser is produced by stimulated radiation.It has the characteristics of high brightness, strong directionality, good coherence and good monochrome.Laser has been used in medicine for more than 25 years, especially in ophthalmology.Laser treatment of eye diseases has many unique features: laser has many physical effects, such as pressure effect, photothermal effect, electromagnetic effect and so on.Because the pigment film and retina have a lot of pigments, it is easy to absorb light energy and convert it into heat energy.At present, ophthalmic laser therapy is mainly used for coagulation of neovascularization, sealing of macular leakage, treatment of fundus disease, closure of retinal holes, treatment of retinal detachment, excimer laser treatment of ametropia iridectomy, treatment of secondary glaucoma, and so on.The focus of this design is to make an ophthalmic laser therapy instrument, I. E. Carl.The reflection device of Zeiss VISULAS Trion fundus laser makes the incident light pass through the 45 掳reflection coating and reflect on the petri dish containing the human eye cells, thus simulating the laser irradiation to the human eye cells and achieving the clinical research purpose.By measuring the laser energy emission from 50mw-200mw, ten groups of reflection energy data were measured for each energy value, and the average values were used to measure the aluminized metal high reflectance film and silver plated metal high reflection film, respectively.The reflectivity of three kinds of coatings, such as multilayer dielectric high reflection film, to incident laser, was compared, and the multilayer medium high reflection film was found to be the best reflection coating for cultured human eye cells, thus the laser reflectance device was made.Delivery of clinical research.
