两种方法清洗特殊复杂器械的效果比较

【摘要】:目的探索特殊复杂器械的清洗模式,有效控制清洗过程中的薄弱点,不断提升清洗质量。方法将回收的400件结构复杂、有干涸污渍的器械随机分为对照和实验组,每组各200件,对照组和试验组器械在进入全自动清洗机前,均采用在15~30℃温水中浸泡5 min,然后对照组用毛刷或牙刷刷洗,试验组采用用毛刷刷洗后,再用自动蒸汽清洗喷头冲洗,随后将2组器械均放入全自动清洗机中清洗,比较2种方法对复杂器械预处理后洁净度情况。结果试验组和对照组比较,清洗质量与效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在使用全自动清洗机之前,器械的预处理尤为重要,采用手工刷洗和自动蒸汽清洗装置相结合的方法能显著提高特殊器械的清洗效果。
