国产多孔钽材料兔竖脊肌植入组织学及生物学效应

【摘要】:目的:观察国产多孔钽材料的三维孔隙结构以及兔竖脊肌植入后组织形态学特点,对其组织相容性进行评价,为临床骨缺损修复重建提供实验依据。方法:扫描电镜观察国产多孔钽结构;成年新西兰大白兔24只,建立多孔钽兔竖脊肌植入动物模型。将2枚直径1.5 cm、厚0.2 cm圆型多孔钽植入脊柱一侧竖脊肌内(实验组),对侧植入同等数量及体积的多孔钛(对照组)。于术后2、4、8、12周处死行硬组织切片观察肌肉周围纤维包膜及新生血管形成,并计算小血管生成数量;扫描电镜观察肌肉组织在两种材料内的生长状态。结果:扫描电镜观察多孔钽具有三维立体多孔结构,孔隙直径在400~600μm;肌肉及纤维组织早期在多孔钽表面及孔隙内生长;晚期胶原纤维延展,相互连接并充满孔隙。硬组织切片显示:随时间的延长多孔钽-肌肉界面形成薄而致密的血管化包膜。孔隙内充满肌肉、纤维组织及小血管。结论:国产多孔钽材料具有良好的组织相容性,其三维结构可使肌肉组织在表面及孔隙内生长及延伸,有可能成为骨缺损修复材料。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the three-dimensional pore structure of porous tantalum and the histomorphological characteristics of rabbit erector spinal muscle after implantation, and to evaluate its histocompatibility in order to provide experimental basis for clinical bone defect repair and reconstruction.Methods: the structure of porous tantalum in China was observed by scanning electron microscope, and 24 adult New Zealand white rabbits were used to establish the animal model of erector spinal muscle implantation in porous tantalum rabbits.Two porous tantalum with a diameter of 1.5 cm and a thickness of 0.2 cm were implanted into one side of the spinal column (experimental group) and the contralateral side were implanted with the same amount and volume of porous titanium (control group).At 12 weeks after operation, the perimuscular fibrous capsule and neovascularization were observed by hard tissue section, and the number of small angiogenesis was calculated, and the growth state of muscle tissue in the two materials was observed by scanning electron microscope.Results: the porous tantalum had a three-dimensional porous structure with pore diameter of 400 ~ 600 渭 m. The muscle and fibrous tissue grew on the surface and pore of porous tantalum in the early stage, and the collagen fibers were extended, connected and filled with pores in the late stage.The hard tissue section showed that the porous tantalum-muscle interface formed a thin and dense vascularized capsule with time.The pores are filled with muscles, fibrous tissue and small blood vessels.Conclusion: porous tantalum made in China has good histocompatibility, and its three-dimensional structure can make muscle tissue grow and extend in the surface and pore, which may be used as bone defect repair material.
