半互穿网络淀粉基止血海绵的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:本研究采用低温等离子体技术和冷冻干燥工艺制备了半互穿网络淀粉基止血海绵。通过测试止血海绵的吸水率和膨胀率优化了实验方案及制备工艺,扫面电镜照片显示,本研究制备的海绵具有均匀相互贯通的网络骨架多孔结构。兔肝肾止血实验表明该止血海绵止血快,出血量少,具有良好的止血效果。大鼠体内降解实验表明,淀粉止血海绵4周后可被降解吸收。本研究制备的半互穿网络淀粉基止血海绵,是一种快速有效的可吸收的止血敷料,在外科手术中具有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In this study, semi-interpenetrating network starch-based hemostatic sponge was prepared by low temperature plasma technology and freeze-drying process. By testing the water absorption and expansion rate of hemostatic sponge, the experimental scheme and preparation process were optimized. The SEM photos showed that the sponge prepared in this study had a porous network structure with uniform interpenetrating network. The hemostatic experiment of rabbit liver and kidney showed that the hemostatic sponge had good hemostatic effect. In vivo degradation experiments in rats showed that starch hemostatic sponge could be degraded and absorbed after 4 weeks. The semi-interpenetrating network starch-based hemostatic sponge is a fast and effective absorbable hemostatic dressing and has a good prospect of application in surgery.
