口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染现状调查

【摘要】:目的了解各类医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)细菌污染状况,以便采取有效预防措施。方法抽取13家医疗机构21台口腔综合治疗台,采集口腔诊疗用水42份,对水样细菌总数含量进行分析。结果 42份水样细菌总数合格率为33.33%,其中手机喷水合格率为28.57%,三用枪喷水合格率为38.10%,二者无统计学差异(P0.05)。公立医疗机构的口腔门诊、公立医疗机构私人承包的口腔门诊和民营医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路合格率分别为57.14%、28.57%和14.29%,三者之间差异明显(P0.05)。市政自来水管网、自备水处理器和蒸馏水瓶等3种供水方式DUWLs细菌含量合格率分别为37.50%、25.00%和30.00%,三者之间差异不明显(P0.05)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染严重,在医院感染控制过程中应引起足够的重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bacterial contamination of DUWLsin oral comprehensive treatment station in various medical institutions, so as to take effective preventive measures. Methods A total of 42 water samples were collected from 21 oral comprehensive treatment units in 13 medical institutions and the total amount of bacteria in water was analyzed. Results the total qualified rate of bacteria in 42 water samples was 33.33, in which the qualified rate of mobile phone spraying water was 28.57 and the qualified rate of three-use gun spray water was 38.100.There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The qualified rates of stomatology outpatients, private outpatients and private medical institutions in public medical institutions were 57.14% and 14.29%, respectively. The difference between them was significant (P 0.05). The qualified rates of DUWLs bacteria content in municipal water pipe network, self-provided water processor and distilled water bottle were 37.50% 25.00% and 30.005%, respectively. There was no significant difference between them. Conclusion bacterial contamination in the waterway of oral comprehensive therapy station is serious and should be paid more attention to in the process of nosocomial infection control.
