温敏水凝胶释放润滑液的摩擦学性能

【摘要】:为了改善人工关节的润滑性能、延长使用寿命,将温敏水凝胶作为载体释放人工关节润滑液,并通过磨损试验测试了释放液的摩擦学性能。采用开环聚合法制备了可在体温下实现溶胶-凝胶原位相变的聚己内酯-聚乙二醇-聚己内酯(PCEC)温敏水溶胶。将具有润滑作用的壳聚糖(CS)/牛血清白蛋白(BSA)混合液载入溶胶,在37℃相变为凝胶状态下进行体外释放试验。通过Bradford法测试了PCEC水凝胶释放润滑液的释放性能,通过磨损试验得到了释放液的摩擦学性能。试验结果表明:释放液中BSA的浓度为释放前凝胶的BSA浓度的1%左右;采用Al2O3陶瓷球与Co-Cr-Mo盘作为配副时,释放液的摩擦系数仅为蒸馏水、生理盐水或模拟体液摩擦系数的25%左右;释放液润滑下配副的磨损率比生理盐水低73%左右,比蒸馏水低50%左右,比模拟体液低20%左右。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the lubrication performance and prolong the service life of artificial joint, the temperature sensitive hydrogel was used as the carrier to release the artificial joint lubricant, and the tribological properties of the release solution were tested by wear test.
