PAMAM包络纳米银的制备及其在抗菌棉织物中的应用

【摘要】:本文以丙烯酸甲酯及乙二胺为反应物,采用发散法合成了2.0代及3.0代树状大分子,并以其做为模板,选用硼氢化钠为还原剂在甲醇溶液中还原硝酸银制备了纳米银抗菌整理剂。接着利用高碘酸钠对纯棉纤维进行选择性氧化处理,将所制得的纳米银抗菌剂接枝于纯棉纤维来制备具有抗菌性能的棉纤维,,并通过抑菌圈实验及震荡烧瓶实验等方式检测了棉纤维的抑菌性能。 以丙烯酸甲酯和乙二胺为反应物,反复采用迈克尔加成反应和酰胺化反应分别合成了0.5代~3.0代聚酰胺-胺树状大分子。通过单因素控制试验分别确定了制备0.5代和1.0代聚酰胺-胺树状大分子的合成条件分别为:0.5代树状大分子合成条件乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯的投料比为1/8,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为24小时;1.0代树状大分子合成条件是0.5代树状大分子与丙烯酸甲酯的投料比为1/14,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为30小时。 采用所制备的树状大分子做模板,分别讨论了聚酰胺-胺树状大分子的代数、所使用的溶剂、聚酰胺-胺树状大分子与银盐的摩尔比以及草酸的加入量对纳米银粒径及其分散性的影响,实现了对纳米银粒径的可控制备。 将所制备的纳米银抗菌剂整理于经高碘酸钠选择性氧化的纯棉纤维上,并通过扫描电镜观察了整理前后棉纤维形貌特征。利用不同抑菌剂纳米银浓度及不同纳米银粒径对棉纤维进行后整理,通过抑菌圈实验及震荡烧瓶实验对其抑菌效果及耐洗性能进行了探讨。结果表明,经7nm的纳米银在浓度为0.8μg/ml时经25次水洗其抑菌率仍高于90%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 2.0 and 3.0 generation dendritic macromolecules were synthesized with methyl acrylate and ethylenediamine as reactants. Sodium borohydride was used as the template to reduce silver nitrate in methanol solution. After selective oxidation of pure cotton fiber with sodium periodate, the prepared nano-silver antibacterial agent was grafted onto pure cotton fiber to prepare cotton fiber with antibacterial properties. The bacteriostatic properties of cotton fiber were tested by the test of bacteriostasis circle and the experiment of shaking flask. Using methyl acrylate and ethylenediamine as reactants, 0.5-generation polyamide-amine dendrimers were synthesized by Michael addition reaction and amidation reaction respectively. The synthesis conditions of 0.5 and 1.0 generation polyamide-amine dendrimers were determined by single factor control test. The reaction conditions were as follows: the ratio of ethylenediamine to methyl acrylate was 1 / 8, the reaction temperature was 30 鈩
