改性钛酸钾晶须对硅橡胶软衬材料性能的影响

【摘要】:目的将经硅烷偶联剂表面改性过的钛酸钾晶须以不同的质量分数加入到硅橡胶软衬材料中,对此复合材料进行性能测试、扫描观察。探讨钛酸钾晶须的添加量对硅橡胶软衬材料性能变化及超微结构的影响,从而为硅橡胶软衬材料更好地应用于临床中提供理论依据和实验数据。方法首先利用硅烷偶联剂获得表面改性处理的钛酸钾晶须,将经表面改性的钛酸钾晶须按照1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的质量比加入硅橡胶软衬材料中充分混合,未添加钛酸钾晶须的作为对照组,放入预先制备好的金属模具中,按实验要求制成不同规格的试件,同一质量分数记为一组,共6组,每组制作试件5个,对添加不同质量分数钛酸钾晶须的各组试件进行5项性能检测,制作试件150个。试件表面完整光滑无气泡无杂质,制备完成后浸泡于无菌人工唾液中,37℃下保存24小时备用。检测项目包括以下几项:使用邵氏A硬度计对各组试件的邵氏硬度进行检测,利用微机控制万能力学试验机对复合材料的拉伸强度、粘结强度进行性能测试,并计算拉伸伸长率。将每组试件分别浸泡在人工唾液中7天、15天、30天后,计算吸水率和溶解率。借助扫描电镜观察,被拉断的试件断裂面晶须的分散情况。通过对各项检测结果的综合分析,得知钛酸钾晶须对硅橡胶软衬材料性能影响的结果及性能最佳时的添加比例。结果1.参照相关指标,邵氏硬度值可随着钛酸晶须添加量的增多逐渐变大,拉伸强度、拉伸伸长率及粘结强度呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。当钛酸钾晶须的添加量为4%时达到峰值,综合机械性能达到最佳状态。2.随着时间的延长,同组硅橡胶软衬在人工唾液中的吸水率先增大后减小,而溶解率却不断增大。在相同的时间段内,对于添加不同比例钛酸钾晶须的各个实验组,吸水率和溶解率与对照组相比无明显变化。3.扫描电镜观察试件断面,发现钛酸钾晶须的添加比例小于3%时,晶须稀疏且散落分布;当钛酸钾晶须添加比达到4%时,晶须广泛,分散均匀,无缠绕团聚;而当添加比增大到5%时,晶须在硅橡胶软衬中的分散程度变差,发生聚合的程度变高。结论钛酸钾晶须的质量比在4%时,复合材料的各项检测项目达到最佳状态,此时晶须在硅橡胶软衬材料中的分散性也较好,无明显团聚,有利于硅橡胶软衬材料与晶须增强体间力的传递。
[Abstract]:Aim to add potassium titanate whisker modified by silane coupling agent into the soft lining of silicone rubber with different mass fraction. The properties of the composite were tested and scanned. The effect of the amount of potassium titanate whisker on the properties and ultrastructure of silicone rubber soft liner is discussed, which provides theoretical basis and experimental data for the better application of silicon rubber soft lining material in clinical practice. Methods the surface modified potassium titanate whisker was first prepared by silane coupling agent. The surface modified potassium titanate whisker was fully mixed with the silicone rubber soft lining material according to the mass ratio of 1% to 4%, and no potassium titanate whisker was added as the control group. Put into the metal mould prepared in advance, according to the experimental requirements, make different size of the specimen, the same mass fraction recorded as a group, a total of 6 groups, each group of 5 samples, The properties of each sample with different mass fraction of potassium titanate whisker were tested and 150 samples were made. The surface of the specimen was smooth and free of air and impurity. After preparation, the specimen was soaked in sterile artificial saliva and stored for 24 hours at 37 鈩,
