基于Tessari法泡沫硬化剂自动制备装置的研制

【摘要】:基于Tessari法手动制备泡沫硬化剂的原理,通过分析用户的需求,并结合机械领域设计原则,设计了一种代替手工操作的自动制备装置,以克服手工制备泡沫硬化剂时推注速度和推注行程不易控制、可重复性差等不足。该泡沫硬化剂自动制备装置具有推注速度可调、推注次数可调、推注行程可调且适用于多种不同规格注射器的功能,能为研究泡沫特性提供定量参数,也可用于标准化地制备临床泡沫硬化剂。最后本文利用了该装置进行"推注速度对泡沫稳定性影响"的实验研究,实验试用反应良好。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of manual preparation of foam hardener by Tessari method, an automatic preparation device instead of manual operation is designed by analyzing the needs of users and combining with the design principle of mechanical field. In order to overcome the problems of difficult control of injection speed and injection stroke, poor repeatability and so on, the foam hardener can be prepared by hand. The automatic preparation device of foam hardener has the functions of adjustable injection speed, adjustable injection times, adjustable injection stroke and suitable for various injectors of different specifications, which can provide quantitative parameters for the study of foam characteristics. It can also be used in the standardized preparation of clinical foam sclerosing agent. Finally, the effect of injection speed on foam stability is studied by using this device, and the experimental trial reaction is good.
