面向正畸的玻纤增强形状记忆聚氨酯制备及力学性能分析

【摘要】:具有形状记忆功能的高分子材料(SMPs,Shape memory ploymers)是一种新型智能材料,具有良好的形状回复率和生物相容性,比如聚亚氨酯(Polyurethane,PU),可应用于口腔正畸。但是其弹性模量比较低,形状回复力比较小。为了提高PU材料在口腔正畸应用中的可行性,以PU为基体,玻璃纤维为增强填料,本文开展的工作主要包括以下几个方面:(1)基于文献分析和初步实验选择增强PU的填料并探究玻纤增强形状记忆聚氨酯(GFRSMPU,Glass fiber reinforced shape memory PU)的制作工艺,并制备长方体状实验试样。(2)为了评估GFRSMPU的力学性能是否符合口腔正畸的要求,通过静态拉伸实验测试其弹性模量、差示扫描量热仪(DSC,Differential scanning calorimeter)测试其玻璃化转变温度、三点弯曲实验测试其弯曲模量、应力松弛实验测试其应力释放情况以及用扫描电镜(SEM,Scanning electron microscope)观察其微观断口形貌,并评价了GFRSMPU的形状记忆性能和美观性。结果发现:温度为36℃和玻纤质量分数为35%时,与SMPU相比,GFRSMPU的弹性模量提高了约381%,其玻璃化转变温度为36.25℃,具有形状记忆性能和美学功能,力学性能有较大改善,其应用于口腔正畸的可能性明显提高。(3)建立GFRSMPU弓丝正畸有限元模型,以上颌侧切牙作为研究对象,通过仿真分析比较了正畸患者的侧切牙存在唇舌向和牙根冠方向错位时SMPU弓丝与GFRSMPU弓丝提供的初始正畸力,结果表明,GFRSMPU弓丝提供的初始正畸力约是纯SMPU弓丝提供的力值的2倍。研究表明,玻纤增强SMPU力学性能的效果较为明显,玻纤的加入对GFRSMPU的玻璃化转变温度、形状记忆性能和外观形貌影响不大,玻纤质量分数为35%的GFRSMPU适合制备用于牙齿错牙合(牙与合为一个字,下同)情况的正畸弓丝。
[Abstract]:Polymer material with shape memory (SMPs,Shape memory ploymers) is a new smart material with good shape recovery rate and biocompatibility such as polyamides (Polyurethane,PU) which can be used in orthodontics. However, its elastic modulus is relatively low and the shape recovery force is relatively small. In order to improve the feasibility of PU in orthodontic application, PU was used as matrix and glass fiber as reinforcing filler. The work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: (1) based on the literature analysis and preliminary experiments, we select the filler for enhancing PU and explore the fabrication process of glass fiber reinforced shape memory polyurethane (GFRSMPU,Glass fiber reinforced shape memory PU). In order to evaluate whether the mechanical properties of GFRSMPU meet the requirements of orthodontics, the modulus of elasticity was measured by static tensile test, and the glass transition temperature was measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC,Differential scanning calorimeter). The flexural modulus was measured by three-point bending test, the stress release was measured by stress relaxation test, the morphology of microfracture was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM,Scanning electron microscope), and the shape memory properties and aesthetics of GFRSMPU were evaluated.
