基于GPRS远程监控个人剂量仪系统的设计

【摘要】:放射性在人们生活中越来越不陌生,并且越来越受到人们的关注。放射性会造成人体的伤害,尤其是对在高放射性场所工作的人员,如核电站、污染物和废料的处理站、放射医学治疗科、CT扫描科、以及石油天然气勘探开发中心等。个人辐射剂量仪是从事放射性工作人员的必备物品,,相关的放射污染监管部门必须对工作在这些放射性场所的人员所受的辐射剂量进行实时的掌管与监控,以免对其人体造成辐射伤害。鉴于此,本文基于GPRS的远程监控开发设计一种新型的个人剂量仪系统,在GSM网络覆盖的区域方位内,工作人员所佩戴个人剂量仪的实时数据测量,可以通过GPRS传输技术实现监管部门对工作人员所受的剂量当量率的实时监控,避免剂量当量率超出最大阈值造成人员辐射伤。本文主要从以下5个层面设计了GPRS无线监控的个人剂量仪系统: (1)结合目前个人剂量仪的研究现状,采用J705G-M计数管作为个人剂量仪探头,利用ATmega32型号单片机作为MCU来计数脉冲,由于G-M计数管需要在高压条件下工作,设计了DC-DC升压转换器产生500V的高压来驱动J705G-M计数管运行。 (2)设计一种G-M计数管的信号采集电路,并与单片机技术相结合,实现辐射剂量的测量与监控。 (3)以Atmega32型号单片机为核心控制单元,通过IIC总线实现对EEPROM和时间日期芯片的控制,并且利用LCD显示屏将时间信息、计量信息实时显示。 (4)软件程序设计主要完成计数信号采集程序,IIC总线控制程序,LCD显示驱动程序,按钮按键控制程序,GPRS模块数据通信和控制程序等的编制。 (5)个人剂量仪的标定以及通过GPRS传输剂量值数据的验证。
[Abstract]:Radioactivity in people's lives more and more familiar, and more people's attention. Radiation can cause human injury, especially to those working in high radiation sites, such as nuclear power stations, pollutant and waste disposal stations, radiation therapy, CT scanning, and oil and gas exploration and development centers. Personal radiation dosimeters are essential items for personnel engaged in radiation work. The relevant radiation pollution supervision authorities must control and monitor in real time the radiation doses received by people working in these radioactive sites. To avoid radiation damage to the human body. In view of this, this paper designs a new personal dosimeter system based on remote monitoring and control of GPRS. In the area covered by GSM network, real time data measurement of personal dosimeter is carried out by workers. It is possible to realize the real-time monitoring of the dose equivalent rate received by the staff by the supervision department through the GPRS transmission technology to avoid the radiation injury caused by the dose equivalent rate exceeding the maximum threshold value. This paper mainly designs the personal dosimeter system of GPRS wireless monitoring from the following five levels: (1) combined with the current research situation of personal dosimeter, the J705G-M counter is used as the personal dosimeter probe. The ATmega32 single chip computer is used as the MCU to count the pulse, because the G-M counter needs to work under the condition of high voltage. A 500V high voltage DC-DC booster converter is designed to drive the operation of the J705G-M counter. (2) A signal acquisition circuit of the G-M counter is designed and combined with the single-chip microcomputer technology. (3) taking Atmega32 single chip computer as the core control unit, the control of EEPROM and time and date chip is realized by IIC bus, and time information is obtained by LCD display screen. (4) the software design mainly completes the counting signal acquisition program and the IIC bus control program and LCD display driver. The key control program of button is the compilation of data communication and control program. (5) calibration of personal dosimeter and verification of transmission of dosimetry data through GPRS.
