远程医疗护理监测系统的关键技术研究与设计

【摘要】:本文根据目前社会上由于医疗资源分布不均而导致的看病难、看病成本居高不下的社会问题,针对随着社会的发展和人们健康观念的改变:由原来的以治疗为目的逐步转变为预防为主治疗为辅的健康理念。提出了一种远程医疗与护理模式,即以社区医疗为辅助就诊中心、以家庭病床为终端护理环境,对患者进行医疗护理的医疗模式。本文就该医疗模式中必备的”远程医护监测系统”进行了探讨、研究并实现了该系统中的关键技术部分(无线传感网络)。 该系统由医院、小区医护中心和家庭病床这三个部分组成,在小区医护中心和家庭病床这两个基础模块中的数据传输部分选择了zigbee网络作为采集患者生理数据的网络。本文重点分析了zigbee协议栈中的网络层和应用层,在CC2530通信模块的基础上构建了一个基于zigbee网络的最小远程医疗监测系统,该系统由网络协调器模块、网络路由模块、网络终端节点模块和监护软件四部分组成。并针对不同的应用场所和应用环境,设计了具有针对性的网络拓扑结构,使系统的适应性更加灵活和广泛。其中在网络终端节点模块中加入非接触式的红外体温传感模块,通过zigbee网络将患者的体温传输到上位机的监护软件上并实时显示。之后定义了透明的串口通信协议,使得该系统能够灵活的与三方系统对接。 最后本文对系统的研究和设计做了总结,并对远程医疗监测系统的发展做了进一步的展望。
[Abstract]:According to the current social problems caused by the uneven distribution of medical resources, it is difficult to see a doctor and the cost of seeing a doctor is high. With the development of society and the change of people's concept of health, the concept of health is gradually changed from the original aim of treatment to that of prevention and treatment. A kind of telemedicine and nursing model is put forward, that is, the medical mode of taking community medical treatment as auxiliary treatment center and family bed as terminal nursing environment, carries on the medical nursing to the patient. In this paper, the essential "remote medical monitoring system" in the medical mode is discussed, and the key technology of the system (wireless sensor network) is studied and realized. The system is composed of three parts: hospital, community medical center and family hospital bed. In the data transmission part of the two basic modules, the zigbee network is selected as the network for collecting patient's physiological data. In this paper, the network layer and application layer in zigbee protocol stack are analyzed, and a minimum telemedicine monitoring system based on zigbee network is constructed on the basis of CC2530 communication module. The system consists of network coordinator module and network routing module. Network terminal node module and monitoring software are composed of four parts. Aiming at different application places and application environments, the network topology structure is designed, which makes the system more flexible and extensive. The non-contact infrared temperature sensing module is added to the network terminal node module, and the patient's temperature is transmitted to the monitoring software of the host computer through the zigbee network and displayed in real time. Then a transparent serial communication protocol is defined to enable the system to connect flexibly with the tripartite system. Finally, the research and design of the system are summarized, and the development of telemedicine monitoring system is prospected.
