长时间无创性桡骨动脉血压连续检测法研究与系统开发
[Abstract]:Firstly, the principle of volumetric vibration method and volumetric compensation method is analyzed, and the system structure, working principle, control circuit design, algorithm and flow chart of software are described in detail. The system takes the radial artery at the wrist as the detection object, uses PIC single chip computer as the control core, cooperates with the electro-air converter, realizes the pressure control by the air pump, and completes the blood pressure detection. However, the cuff pressure will always be higher than the diastolic pressure during the detection, resulting in venous blockage during long time detection, resulting in congestion and numbness. Therefore, a wrist-type local pressure device is developed according to ergonomics. Using the device can improve the accuracy and comfort of the detection. During a long period of time, the change of arterial tension or the mood of the person will cause the change of the target value of blood vessel volume, which leads to the deviation between the measured pressure curve and the actual blood pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to consider eliminating the error. Based on the analysis of local volume vibration method and wavelet superposition method, the calibration of real time vessel volume target value is completed. The experiment shows that the device has high accuracy and can be used to detect blood pressure continuously for a long time. And according to the requirements, the detection system UI and data storage function are completed.
