多发性骨髓瘤乳腺及腋窝淋巴结受累一例

【摘要】：正患者女,41岁。2011年7月因左下颌麻木4个月就诊,2011年8月于外院行"左下颌颏孔区包块活检术",并完善骨髓等相关检查明确诊断为"多发性骨髓瘤IgAλ型DS-Ⅲ期A,ISS-Ⅲ期",化疗6周期(具体不详)后于2012年7月30日行自体外周血干细胞移植。2013年1月患者触及左乳腺内小结节,其后1个月内该结节进行性增大,生长迅速,并形成明显肿物伴疼痛,半月后左侧腋窝肿胀,可触及多个肿物,遂就诊于我院。
