生物可降解聚对二氧环己酮材料中单体残留的测定

【摘要】:建立聚二氧环己酮原料中单体二氧环己酮残留量的气相色谱测试方法。采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱(30.0 m×535μm×3.00μm),程序升温(146℃保持5 min,30℃/min升温至200℃,保持2 min)。载气为氮气,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),进样口温度240℃,检测器温度250℃,分流比5:1,进样量2μL。结果显示单体在0.0239~0.1794 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.39,检测限浓度为0.2μg/m L,定量限浓度为0.5μg/m L。该方法简便快捷、准确度和灵敏度高。
