医用设备项目规划研究—MRI项目规划

【摘要】:核磁共振设备是一种新兴的医学诊断设备,由于其对人体无害的特性正越来越多的受到广大医院和患者的青睐。虽然核磁共振设备由于其特有的神秘感,原理并不为大多数人所知,但是由于中低端核磁共振设备价格的下降和国家对各级医院的扶持,目前核磁共振设备的普及度正逐年提高。 每年以核磁共振原理为探讨对象的文章数以百计,主要特点是用量子力学中的原理来解释核磁共振现象,归结为理论物理范畴;以核磁共振影像学为代表的研究项目更是数以千计,主要以病理分析为主,归结为医学诊断范畴。本文则试图从不用的角度——工程角度来解析核磁共振设备。 首先,通过简要介绍现代医学诊断设备的发展,进一步引出核磁设备和现在的主要诊断设备X射线设备对比的优点。 接下来,简要介绍了核磁共振的原理,用来说明为什么核磁设备对磁场干扰的敏感,并且为核磁共振项目规划的重点——设备选址中需要考虑的磁干扰作铺垫。 然后,通过对某医院核磁项目规划中选址以及其后的检验过程等一系列问题的探讨,进一步说明核磁共振项目规划需要注意的问题。 最后,,本文对项目规划的原则进行了总结,并试图通过最简短的语言概括核磁项目规划的基本原则,并提出一种了解核磁设备的可行的办法。
[Abstract]:Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is a new kind of medical diagnostic equipment, which is more and more popular in hospitals and patients because of its harmless to human body. Although the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment is not known to most people because of its peculiar mystery, but because of the decline in the price of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment at the middle and low end and the state's support to hospitals at all levels, At present, the popularity of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment is increasing year by year. There are hundreds of articles on the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) every year, the main characteristic of which is that the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon is explained by the principle of quantum mechanics, which comes down to the category of theoretical physics. Nuclear magnetic resonance imaging is the representative of thousands of research projects, mainly based on pathological analysis, fall into the category of medical diagnosis. This paper tries to analyze the nuclear magnetic resonance equipment from the angle of engineering which is never used. Firstly, by introducing the development of modern medical diagnostic equipment, the advantages of nuclear magnetic equipment compared with X-ray equipment are further derived. Then, the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance is briefly introduced, which is used to explain why nuclear magnetic equipment is sensitive to magnetic field interference, and to pave the way for the magnetic interference that should be considered in the nuclear magnetic resonance project planning. Then, through the discussion of a series of problems in the nuclear magnetic field project planning of a hospital, such as the location selection and the later inspection process, the problems needing attention in the nuclear magnetic resonance project planning are further explained. Finally, this paper summarizes the principles of project planning, and attempts to summarize the basic principles of nuclear magnetic project planning through the simplest language, and puts forward a feasible method to understand nuclear magnetic equipment.
