新型颈椎三维电子关节角度仪的效度及重复测试信度

【摘要】:目的评估新型颈椎三维电子关节角度仪测试结果的重复测试信度和效度。方法由同一测试者使用新型颈椎三维电子关节角度仪对39名健康受试者进行颈椎活动度测试,1 h内测试2次。采用美国颈椎活动测试仪(CROM)进行颈椎活动度测试。计算重复测试组内相关系数(ICC);两种方法之间行Pearson相关分析。测试差异使用测试标准误(SEM)进行描述。结果重复测试旋左运动ICC=0.89,其他各个方向ICC=0.90~0.98;各个方向上重复测试SEM=2.07~3.85°。两种方法测试结果的相关系数R2=0.73~0.92,SEM=1.66~3.17°。结论新型颈椎三维电子关节角度仪有良好的重复测试信度,效度良好。仪器操作简便直观,可以进一步应用于临床研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of repeated testing results of the new three-dimensional electronic joint angulometer. Methods the cervical motion of 39 healthy subjects was measured by using a new type of three dimensional electronic joint angulometer in the same subjects, twice in 1 hour. The motion of cervical vertebrae was measured by American cervical motion tester (CROM). The Pearson correlation analysis was carried out between the two methods of calculating the correlation coefficient (ICC);) in the repeated test group. Test differences are described using a test standard error (SEM). Results the SEM=2.07~3.85 掳was repeatedly tested in every direction of ICC=0.90~0.98; and in every direction of ICC=0.89,. The correlation coefficient of the two methods was 0.73 ~ 0.92g SEMN 1.66 ~ 3.17 掳. Conclusion the new three-dimensional electronic joint angle instrument has good reliability and validity. The instrument is easy to operate and can be used in clinical research.
