电-机械延迟:神经肌肉传导之关键

【摘要】:背景:随着运动医学和康复医学的发展,国外对肌肉电-机械延迟的研究愈加深入,应用愈加广泛,并将其作为评价神经肌肉功能状态的重要指标之一,而国内对肌肉电-机械延迟缺乏关注,少有学者开展相关研究。目的:回顾近年来与电-机械延迟相关的国内外相关文献,系统综述电-机械延迟的发生机制、影响因素及应用现状,以期指导临床实践和研究。方法:以"电-机械延迟"和"Electromechanical Delay;Electro-mechanical response time"为检索词,计算机检索1979年2月至2017年2月CNKI数据库、万方数据库、Pub Med数据库收录的有关电-机械延迟的研究文献,排除报道时间较早或重复的研究,共44篇文献符合标准,中文3篇,英文41篇。结果与结论:研究表明,电-机械延迟的发生机制已经基本明确,肌纤维类型和肌肉疲劳程度会对电-机械延迟造成影响,但是影响机制还有待进一步明确;性别和年龄等因素对电-机械延迟的影响仍存在争议。对电-机械延迟的应用也不再仅限于评价运动员的反应能力,其在运动损伤机制和损伤后康复疗效评价两方面的应用也越来越深入。
[Abstract]:Background: with the development of sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine, the research on electromechanical delay of muscle in foreign countries has become more and more in-depth and widely used, and it is regarded as one of the important indicators for the evaluation of neuromuscular function. But the domestic lack of attention to muscle-mechanical delay, few scholars to carry out relevant research. Objective: to review the recent literatures related to electromechanical delay, and to systematically review the mechanism, influencing factors and application status of electromechanical delay in order to guide clinical practice and research. Methods: electromechanical delay and Electromechanical Delay; Electro-mechanical response time "as the key word, the computer searches the research literature about electromechanical delay included in the CNKI database from February 1979 to February 2017, and the, Pub Med database from Wanfang database, excluding the earlier or repeated studies." A total of 44 articles met the criteria, including 3 in Chinese and 41 in English. Results & conclusion: the mechanism of electromechanical delay has been basically clear, and the type of muscle fiber and the degree of muscle fatigue will affect the electromechanical delay, but the mechanism of the effect needs to be further clarified. The effect of gender and age on electromechanical delay remains controversial. The application of electromechanical delay is no longer limited to the evaluation of athletes' reaction ability, and its application in sports injury mechanism and post-injury rehabilitation evaluation is becoming more and more in-depth.
