齿科CT远程故障诊断研究

【摘要】:齿科CT机在医学研究中的特殊用途,临床检查上具有不可替代的作用,CT作用的对象是病人这一特殊对象,因此对统的安全和可靠运行尤为重要;专门培训的CT机维修技术人员比较少对CT机的维修和保养一般都是以聘请厂家维修为主,属于特殊维护,所以到达现场需要较长时间。为了节省人力物力,避免不必要的损失,有必要对远程故障诊断进行研究。 现代化机电设备的故障诊断技术越来越受到重视,人们投人大量精力进行研究,机电设备故障诊断技术取得了很大的进展:探索出一系列新的理论方法与技术应用于实际,增加了对设备故障判断的效率,奠定了对设备实施故障诊断分析与修复的坚实基础,使得智能诊断成为可能。 本文主要针对实验室现有的齿科CT控制电路进行远程故障诊断的研究,实现互联网上的远程故障诊断,针对故障表中的故障进行诊断得到故障码。 为了实现上述功能,首先使用DM9161E芯片,进行了硬件的设计,配置MAC控制器,实现网络模块,编写底层的驱动程序,然后在4020处理器上实现嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植和μC/OS-Ⅱ系统下的轻型IP协议LwIP协议移植,并针对移植进行任务切换的测试和网络通讯的ping测试以及网页形式的数据传输测试,系统和协议都工作良好,再实现灰关联分析算法和专家系统中基于规则的正向推理结合的算法,列出故障表和与之对应的规则,人为的制造出故障,进行故障的匹配和检测。通过实际测试,能够检验出故意造成的11个故障中的10个,验证了算法的正确性。 本文证明了通过嵌入式设备的远程故障诊断的可能性,并论证了灰关联分析算法与正向推理结合方法在设备诊断中的正确性。

It increases the efficiency of equipment fault judgment, establishes a solid foundation for fault diagnosis and repair of equipment, and makes intelligent diagnosis possible. This paper mainly focuses on the research of remote fault diagnosis based on the existing CT control circuit in the laboratory, realizes the remote fault diagnosis on the Internet, and obtains the fault code for the fault diagnosis in the fault table.
