木糖醇对庆大霉素骨水泥释放及生物力学的影响研究

【摘要】:目的该实验通过测试不同剂量木糖醇对庆大霉素骨水泥不同时间点抗生素释出量及试件生物力学强度,初步探讨木糖醇添加剂对庆大霉素骨水泥的体外释放及生物力学的影响,为临床应用抗生素骨水泥提供实验依据。方法将不同配比的抗生素骨水泥40 g添加11及22 g木糖醇并与对照组共分为6组。应用不锈钢模具制成圆柱体标准试件,于万能试验机上以20 mm/min的速度对试件施加压应力,试件破坏时计算机自动输出最大载荷数据。骨水泥板条放入万能力学机后,测量弯曲强度和弯曲模量。结果随着庆大霉素添加剂量的增加(即1.0 g→2.0 g),庆大霉素骨水泥的释放逐渐增多,各水平庆大霉素骨水泥的压缩强度、弯曲模量、弯曲强度逐渐减少。随着添加木糖醇剂量的增加(即11 g→22 g),骨水泥庆大霉素的释放逐渐增多,并能延续4周以上,庆大霉素骨水泥的压缩强度、弯曲模量、弯曲强度没有显著改变。结论添加木糖醇并不会显著影响庆大霉素骨水泥的力学性能,能有效促进庆大霉素从骨水泥中持续释放。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of xylitol additive on the in vitro release and biomechanics of gentamicin bone cement by measuring the antibiotic release and biomechanical strength of gentamicin bone cement at different time points. To provide experimental basis for clinical application of antibiotic bone cement. Methods 40 g of antibiotic bone cement was added with 11 and 22 g xylitol and divided into 6 groups. The cylinder standard specimen was made by using stainless steel mould. The compressive stress was applied to the specimen at a speed of 20 mm/min on the universal testing machine. The computer automatically output the maximum load data when the specimen was destroyed. The bending strength and modulus were measured after the bone cement strip was put into the universal mechanical machine. Results with the increase of the amount of gentamicin additive (1.0 g / 2. 0 g), the release of gentamicin bone cement gradually increased, and the compression strength, flexural modulus and bending strength of gentamicin bone cement decreased gradually. With the increase of the dosage of xylitol (11 g / 22 g), the release of gentamicin increased gradually and lasted for more than 4 weeks. The compressive strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength of gentamicin bone cement did not change significantly. Conclusion the addition of xylitol can not significantly affect the mechanical properties of gentamicin bone cement, but can effectively promote the sustained release of gentamicin from bone cement.
