消化内镜清洗消毒失败的相关原因及应对策略

【摘要】：消化内镜做为一种重复使用的医疗器械,在清洗消毒的过程中产生了诸多问题,导致了清洗消毒的失败,从而造成一系列感染事件的暴发,甚至威胁到患者的生命安全。面对消化内镜清洗消毒过程中造成洗消失败的诸多问题,应采取相应的措施及时解决,杜绝院内感染事件发生,保障患者的生命安全。因此本文通过回顾相关文献,以综述消化内镜清洗消毒失败的原因及应对策略。
[Abstract]:As a kind of reusable medical device, digestive endoscopy has caused many problems in the process of cleaning and disinfection, which led to the failure of cleaning and disinfection, resulting in an outbreak of a series of infection events and even a threat to the life of the patient. Faced with many problems caused by the failure of cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopes, corresponding measures should be taken to solve the problems in time so as to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection and ensure the safety of patients' lives. Therefore, this article reviews the relevant literature to review the reasons for the failure of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection and the countermeasures.
