10岁儿童头部有限元模型的建立及验证
[Abstract]:ANSYS ICEM CFD and HYPERMESH software were used to divide the geometric model of the head of 10-year-old children reasonably, and the finite element model of the head of 10-year-old children with high anatomical details was obtained. In a typical fall accident, the dynamic response process of injured children falling from three different heights was simulated by using the dummy brought with MADYMO software, and the kinematic parameters such as azimuth and velocity at the moment of contact between the head and the ground were calculated. Then these parameters are input into the finite element model of the head of 10-year-old children to simulate the collision process between the head and the ground, and the biomechanical parameters related to the injury are analyzed. The results showed that the maximum stress and strain of the skull were distributed on the right side of the occipital bone, which were consistent with the position of the collision point, but did not exceed the tolerance limit of the skull. Intracranial pressure can be used to predict the injury degree of brain tissue, and von-mises stress of brain tissue can be used to judge the location of brain tissue injury. The results of accident reconstruction show that the model has good biological fidelity and can be used in the biomechanical study of head injury in children.
