激光法涂层并改善氧化锆基底材料与饰面瓷结合性能的研究

目的:氧化锆全瓷修复体在口腔修复领域具有广泛应用,然而氧化锆基底材料与饰面瓷常常发生剥脱与崩瓷,导致修复失败。因此,增强氧化锆与饰面瓷间结合强度是提高氧化锆全瓷修复体修复成功率的关键。现有研究已报道了几种可以改善氧化锆与饰面瓷材料间结合强度的方法,包括喷砂、磨削、酸蚀、精细刷涂等。然而,喷砂和研磨可能会导致氧化锆从四方相向单斜相的相变,氧化锆晶格结构体积发生变化,导致氧化锆晶体间出现缺陷。此外,陶瓷材料涂层不均匀和氧化锆与饰面瓷接触不紧密,也会导致结合强度下降。因此,本研究首次针对不同激光方法开展研究,探索激光方法是否可以提升饰面瓷材料在氧化锆基底材料上的结合强度,并检测表面和界面性质(力学和微观结构性能)。本研究的目的是:1.探索将饰面瓷材料涂覆在氧化锆表面的最佳激光方法,并检测不同方法的有效性。2.确定界面性能最优化的双表面处理方法,并根据该方法选择能够涂覆氧化锆基底材料的最佳饰面瓷材料。3.采用常规烧结法和激光照射法研究了氧化锆表面涂层的微观和力学性能。方法:本研究采用Zenostar?T氧化锆作为基底材料,采用IPS e.max Ceram,VITA VM...
