【摘要】：目的:了解大连体检人群的耳鸣发生状况,分析与耳鸣相关的全身性因素。方法:对前来我院体检中心进行健康检查的1 596人,在实施耳鸣问卷调查、耳鼻咽喉专科检查的基础上,进行全身体检及血液实验室检查。统计这一人群的耳鸣检出率,并分析耳鸣的产生与性别、年龄、高血压、高脂血症、超重、糖尿病、肾功能减退、贫血等全身因素的关系。结果:(1)大连市体检人群耳鸣总检出率为18.8%(300/1 596),女性为20.6%(175/848),男性为16.7%(125/748),女性耳鸣检出率高于男性(P0.05);随着年龄的增长,耳鸣的检出率逐渐上升(P0.01)。(2)经单因素Logistic回归分析发现女性(OR=1.30)、年龄(OR=1.04)、高血压(OR=2.30)、高脂血症(OR=1.49)、超重(OR=1.45)及糖尿病(OR=1.75)为耳鸣发生的相关因素(P0.05);而多因素Logistic回归分析显示女性(OR=1.27,P=0.085)、年龄(OR=1.05,P0.01)、超重(OR=1.46,P=0.007)为耳鸣发生的主要相关因素。结论:大连市体检人群耳鸣检出率较高,高血压、高脂血症及糖尿病与耳鸣的发生可能相关,超重、女性及年龄可能为主要全身性相关因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the status of Dalian physical examination population tinnitus, systemic factors related to tinnitus. Methods: health examination to the hospital medical center 1596, in the implementation of tinnitus questionnaire survey, based on the examination of Otorhinolaryngology, general physical examination and laboratory examination of blood. The detection rate of this population statistics the tinnitus, and analyzing the cause of tinnitus and gender, age, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, overweight, diabetes mellitus, renal dysfunction, relationship between anemia and other systemic factors. Results: (1) Dalian city population tinnitus detection rate was 18.8% (300/1 596), 20.6% for women, 16.7% for men (175/848) (125/748), female tinnitus detection rate is higher than that of male (P0.05); with the increase of age, the prevalence of tinnitus increased gradually (P0.01). (2) by single factor Logistic regression analysis found that female (OR=1.30), age (OR=1.04), hypertension (OR=2.30), high fat blood In (OR=1.49), overweight (OR=1.45) and diabetes mellitus (OR=1.75) related factors for the occurrence of tinnitus (P0.05); and Logistic regression analysis showed that female (OR=1.27, P=0.085), age (OR=1.05, P0.01), overweight (OR=1.46, P=0.007) as the main factors related to tinnitus. Conclusion: the examination of Dalian city the crowd of tinnitus and a higher detection rate, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes may be associated with tinnitus, overweight, may be the main systemic factors related to female and age.
