Ⅱ型糖尿病与听力损失关系的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的:通过现有的研究分析Ⅱ型糖尿病与听力损失之间的关系。方法:根据关键词检索国内外主要数据库,并按照纳入和排除标准筛检文献,选择听力损失发病率、OR值、各频率纯音听力测试平均阈值、标准差作为评价指标,采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:根据纳入标准和排除标准,对文献进行筛选,最终纳入符合要求的研究有17项;Ⅱ型糖尿病患者听力损失患病率为21.0%~74.6%,Ⅱ型糖尿病组和对照组的听力损失患病率差异有统计学意义,糖尿病组发生听力损失的概率是对照组的2.54倍(OR=2.54,95%CI 1.85~3.49,P0.000 01);Ⅱ型糖尿病组各频率纯音听力测试平均阈值均高于对照组(合并Z=5.03,P0.000 01)。结论:Ⅱ型糖尿病会对听力造成影响,尤其在高频听力阈值方面影响更为明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and hearing loss through existing studies. Methods: the main databases at home and abroad were searched according to the key words and the literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The incidence of hearing loss and OR value, the average threshold and standard deviation of pure tone audiometry were selected as the evaluation index. Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.3. Results: according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the literature was screened and 17 studies were included. The prevalence of hearing loss in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 21. 0% and 74.6%. There was significant difference in the prevalence of hearing loss between the type 2 diabetes group and the control group.
