翼状胬肉头部至角膜中心的距离与角膜屈光的关系

【摘要】：目的利用角膜地形图测量翼状胬肉头部至角膜中心的距离与胬肉术前术后角膜屈光变化的关系。方法对76例(76眼)全部为鼻侧翼状胬肉术前术后(3~12个月)使用角膜地形图进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果角膜地形图检查平均散光,翼头至角膜中心的距离≤1 mm术前为3.98 D,≤2 mm 3.81 D,≤3 mm 2.52 D,≤4 mm 1.41 D,≤5 mm 0.68 D,术前平均散光(4.66±3.02)D,术后散光(3.04±2.12)D,表明术后较术前散光减少,差异有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。结论此测量方法更能准确地反映出翼状胬肉对角膜屈光的影响,说明翼头距角膜中心越近,影响越大。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the relationship between the distance from the head of pterygium to the corneal center and the corneal refractive changes before and after pterygium.
