Aurium变色人工晶状体植入术后对比敏感度和眩光对比敏感度的研究

【摘要】:目的: 研究Aurium变色人工晶状体对术后对比敏感度和眩光对比敏感度的影响。 方法: 1.选取我院2010年8月至2011年4月行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后患者,且随访资料完整的病例70例(眼),其中37例为Aurium(model400)变色人工晶状体组,33例为黄色蓝光滤过型IQ(SN60WF)人工晶状体组。 2.研究观察老年性白内障患者术后3个月时的裸眼视力(UCVA),最佳矫正视力(BCVA),在85cd/m2(明适应)和3cd/m2(暗适应)条件下的对比敏感度(CS)和眩光对比敏感度(GS)。 结果: 1. Aurium变色人工晶状体组和黄色蓝光滤过型IQ组患者术后3个月时的裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。 2.在暗适应眩光条件下,Aurium变色人工晶状体组的眩光对比敏感度在空间频率为3cpd和6cpd时要优于黄色蓝光滤过型IQ组,,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而在其他空间频率的差异无统学意义(P0.05)。Aurium变色人工晶状体组和黄色蓝光滤过型IQ组在明适应、明适应眩光、暗适应条件下,两组之间的对比敏感度和眩光对比敏感度差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论: 1. Aurium变色人工晶状体组在暗适应眩光条件下,空间频率为3cpd、6cpd时的眩光对比敏感度要优于黄色蓝光滤过型IQ人工晶状体组,差异有统计学意义。 2.植入Aurium变色人工晶状体组患者术后的视力与黄色蓝光滤过型IQ人工晶状体组的视力差异无统计学意义。
[Abstract]:Objective:. To study the effect of Aurium discoloration intraocular lens on contrast sensitivity and glare contrast sensitivity after operation. Methods:. 1. The patients who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation from August 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital were selected. There were 70 cases with complete follow-up data (including 37 cases with Auriumn model 400), 33 cases with yellow blue light filtered IQT SN60WF intraocular lens group (33 cases) with color change intraocular lens group (Aurium model 400), and 33 cases were treated with yellow blue light filter type IQT SN60WF intraocular lens group. 2. To observe the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), contrast sensitivity (CSS) and glare contrast sensitivity (GSH) at 85 cm / m 2 and 3 CD / m 2 (dark adaptation) in senile cataract patients 3 months after operation. Results:. 1. The uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of Aurium and yellow blue light filter IQ group were 3 months after operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). 2. The contrast sensitivity of glare in the Aurium discoloration IOL group was better than that in the yellow blue light filter IQ group when the spatial frequency was 3cpd and 6cpd. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in other spatial frequencies. In the light adaptation, light adaptation glare, dark adaptation, and yellow blue light filter IQ group, there was no significant difference in other spatial frequencies. There was no significant difference in contrast sensitivity and glare contrast sensitivity between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion:. 1. The contrast sensitivity of glare in the Aurium group was better than that in the yellow blue filter IOL group when the spatial frequency was 3cpdl 6cpd, and the difference was statistically significant. 1. The results showed that: 1. Under the condition of dark adaptation to glare, the contrast sensitivity of glare in Aurium group was better than that in yellow blue light filter IOL group. 2. There was no significant difference between the postoperative visual acuity of Aurium and yellow blue light filter IQ IOL group.
