超声评估中国健康成年人视神经鞘直径

【摘要】:目的确定中国正常成人视神经鞘直径(optic nerve sheath diameter,ONSD)的参考值范围,并且探索与其相关的影响因素。方法以2013年1月-2014年1月健康体检的成年人作为研究对象,每位受试者的双眼视神经鞘的矢状位和横断面均由两位医生分别测量两次。每位受试者ONSD的最终报告值是双眼视神经鞘的16个测量值的平均值。结果共有230例受试者,获得3680个ONSD测量值,范围为2.65~4.30 mm。ONSD的上限值低于以往白种人及黑人的研究结果。简单线性回归分析发现ONSD与性别、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰围、头围相关。在调整了其他可能的影响因素后发现性别(偏回归系数0.189,P0.001)、BM(I偏回归系数0.032,P0.001)是ONSD的独立影响因素。低体重组的女性ONSD最小。结论在确立ONSD的正常值标准时应考虑种族、性别、BMI的差别。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the reference range of optic nerve sheath diameterus nerve (OSD) in Chinese normal adults and to explore the related factors. Methods the healthy adults from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the subjects. The sagittal position and cross section of the bilateral optic nerve sheath were measured twice by two doctors. The final reported value of ONSD for each subject was the average of the 16 measurements of the binocular optic nerve sheath. A total of 3 680 ONSD measurements were obtained, with a range of 2. 65 to 4. 30 mm.ONSD, which was lower than the previous study of white and black people. Simple linear regression analysis showed that ONSD and sex, body mass index (BMI), body mass index (BMI), waist circumference. After adjusting for other possible influencing factors, it was found that sex (partial regression coefficient 0.189p 0.001) was an independent influence factor of ONSD. Low body recombination of female ONSD was the smallest. Conclusion Race should be taken into account in establishing the normal value standard of ONSD. Gender difference in BMI.
