年龄对兔眼晶状体刚度的影响

【摘要】:老视是随着年龄的增长而出现的视近困难,是一种正常的生理现象并非屈光不正。人人都会发生老视,无论是正常眼、近视眼还是远视眼,当达到一定年龄就会发生老视,只是发生的时间不同而已。随着中国向老龄化社会的迈进,老视人群的数目逐渐增多,老视的问题亟待解决。 晶状体作为眼球屈光系统中唯一具有调节能力的屈光间质,其生物力学性能的改变与老视的形成有着密切的联系。因此,对晶状体生物力学性能的研究有利于更好地认识老视的发生,同时可为探索老视的物理及化学治疗方法提供检测依据。 本文通过对不同年龄段兔眼晶状体进行压缩和拉伸实验得出: (1)随着年龄的增长,兔眼晶状体的重量、厚度、赤道直径以及最大压缩载荷都有所增大。 (2)在压缩实验中,定义了名义应力、名义应变、名义压缩模量,并且在弹性范围内算出了3月、6月、9月兔眼晶状体的名义压缩模量为(1.21±0.19)kPa、(2.62±1.13)kPa、(6.46±2.92)kPa,兔眼晶状体的名义压缩模量随年龄非线性增大。 (3)在拉伸实验中,通过对兔眼晶状体施以拉伸载荷,兔眼晶状体赤道直径的变化随着年龄的增大而减小,名义拉伸模量随着年龄的增长而增大。 (4)因此,随着年龄的增长,兔眼晶状体的刚度逐渐增大,变形能力减弱。
[Abstract]:It is a normal physiological phenomenon that is not ametropia. Everyone has a presbyopia. Whether it is normal, myopia or hyperopia, it will happen when we reach a certain age. As China moves toward an aging society, the number of presbyopia is increasing, and the problem of presbyopia needs to be solved. The change of biomechanical properties of lens is closely related to the formation of presbyopia as the only refractive stroma in the refractive system of eyeball. The study on the biomechanical properties of lens is helpful to better understand the occurrence of presbyopia and to provide the basis for exploring the physical and chemical therapy of presbyopia. In this paper, we studied the compression and stretching of rabbit lens in different ages. 1) the weight, thickness, equatorial diameter and maximum compression load of rabbit lens increased with age. In the compression experiment, the nominal stress, nominal strain, nominal compression modulus, The nominal compression modulus of rabbit lens in March, June and September was calculated to be 1.21 卤0.19 KPA 2.62 卤1.13 KPA 6.46 卤2.92 KPA, and the nominal compression modulus of rabbit lens increased with age nonlinearity. 3) in the tensile experiment, the equatorial diameter of the rabbit lens decreases with age, and the nominal tensile modulus increases with age by applying tensile load to the rabbit lens. Therefore, the stiffness and deformability of rabbit lens increased with age.
