眼球按摩预防青光眼术后眼内并发症的效果

【摘要】：目的探讨眼球按摩预防青光眼术后并发症的效果。方法选择青光眼患者86例,按入院时间单双日分为观察组与对照组各43例,所有患者都给予小梁切除术与术后常规处理,在此基础上观察组加用术后眼球按摩,观察时间为1个月。结果所有患者都顺利完成手术,从眼内感染发生率进行分析,在术后1个月内观察组和对照组分别是2.3%与14.0%,观察组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组与对照组术后1个月的眼压分别为(9.24±1.48)mm Hg和(13.49±2.14)mm Hg,都明显低于术前的(22.56±4.29)mm Hg和(22.44±3.98)mm Hg(P0.05),同时观察组术后1个月的眼压明显低于对照组(P0.05)。术后1个月观察组的功能型滤过泡的形成率为88.4%,对照组为72.1%,观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论眼球按摩在青光眼术后的应用能有效预防眼内感染,促进眼压的降低和功能型滤过泡的形成,也易于患者自我掌握,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of eyeball massage on preventing postoperative complications of glaucoma. Methods 86 patients with glaucoma were divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43) according to admission time. All patients were treated with trabeculectomy and postoperative routine treatment. The observation time was 1 month. Results all the patients completed the operation successfully, and the incidence of intraocular infection was analyzed. The IOP of the observation group and the control group were 2.3% and 14.0 respectively within one month after operation, which were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The IOP of the observation group and the control group were 9.24 卤1.48)mm Hg and 13.49 卤2.14)mm Hg respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the preoperative observation group (22.56 卤4.29)mm Hg) and the control group (22.44 卤3.98)mm Hg P 0.05). The intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 month after operation (P 0.05). The formation rate of functional filtering bleb was 88.4 in the observation group and 72.1 in the control group. The intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of eyeball massage in postoperative glaucoma is higher than that in the control group. Can effectively prevent intraocular infection, To promote the reduction of intraocular pressure and the formation of functional filtering blebs, it is easy for patients to master themselves, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
