耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床观察

【摘要】：目的 观察变态反应性鼻炎应用耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗的临床效果。方法 将本院收治的108例变态反应鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例,分别给予耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗和常规治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,对比治疗前后相关免疫因子水平。结果 治疗前,两组患者相关免疫因子水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,相关免疫因子水平优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 应用耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗变态反应性鼻炎,具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of allergic rhinitis treated with ear, nose and throat comprehensive therapy instrument. Methods 108 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with ear, nose and throat comprehensive therapy instrument and routine treatment respectively. The clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed, and the levels of relative immune factors before and after treatment were compared. After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the level of related immune factors was better than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion the application of otolaryngology comprehensive therapy instrument in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a good therapeutic effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
