穴位注射鼠神经生长因子治疗高频下降型突发性聋

【摘要】：目的探讨穴位注射鼠神经生长因子对高频下降型突发性聋的疗效。方法选取81例资料完整的高频下降型突发性聋患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例,给予激素、改善微循环等常规药物治疗14天;治疗组41例,在对照组基础上于听宫、听会、耳门、翳风四个穴位给予穴位注射鼠神经生长因子1ml,每日1次,连用14天,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组及对照组听力总有效率分别为73.17%(30/41)和55%(22/40);耳鸣总有效率分别为94.87%(37/39)和83.87%(26/31);治疗组气导平均听力提高23.20±10.74dB,对照组提高15.45±9.03dB,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论穴位注射鼠生长因子辅助治疗高频下降型突发性聋较常规治疗方法疗效更好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) injected at acupoint on high frequency descending sudden deafness.Methods 81 patients with high frequency descending sudden deafness were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40) treated with hormone and microcirculation for 14 days, and treatment group (n = 41).On the basis of the control group, the rats were given nerve growth factor (NGF) 1 ml at the four acupoints of hearing, hearing, ear gate and Yifeng, once a day for 14 days, and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.缁撴灉娌荤枟缁勫強瀵圭収缁勫惉鍔涙，
