【摘要】:目的对比AL-scan和A超测量眼球生物参数及人工晶状体度数的差异,评价AL-scan的临床应用价值。方法临床病例检测方法对照研究。应用AL-scan和A超对拟行白内障手术的患者75例(110只眼)进行眼轴长度(axial length,AL)、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)及角膜平均曲率(keratometry,K)的测量,根据AL分为三组,A组:22 mm≤AL24.5 mm 46例(66只眼),B组:24.5 mm≤AL26 mm 14例(21只眼),C组:AL≥26mm 15例(23只眼),应用SRK-T公式计算人工晶状体(IOL)度数,术后随访3月,计算平均绝对误差(The mean absolute error,MAE)。结果A超与AL-scan测量AL、ACD在A组及C组中差异有统计学意义(P0.05),在B组无统计学意义(P0.05);测量K值在三组中无统计学意义(P0.05)。AL-scan在三组中测算MAE分别为(0.32±0.22)、(0.48±0.55)、(0.56±0.46)D,A超分别为(0.34±0.23)、(0.15±0.09)、(0.50±0.38)D,二者之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),测量值之间均具有良好相关性。结论在三组中AL-scan测量所得AL、ACD值均比A超测量值大,在测量IOL度数方面与A超无差别,可应用于术前IOL的测算。
