羊膜在眼科临床工作中的应用进展

【摘要】：羊膜属于人胎盘中最内层的膜,早先用于产前诊断,也有用于皮肤移植、皮肤烧伤及溃疡的治疗,可使受损表层皮肤上皮化的速度明显增加。后又用于人工再造阴道、硬脑膜缺损修补、肠皮肤瘘等,均已获得显著疗效。自从发现在损伤的兔角膜上行羊膜移植可使40%的角膜透明性及上皮表型恢复后,羊膜在眼科领域的地位日益显著。随着羊膜的生物学特性和组织学特性被层层揭开,这种"神奇的膜"在眼科领域已被广泛应用。
[Abstract]:Amniotic membrane is the innermost membrane in human placenta, which was used for prenatal diagnosis, skin transplantation, skin burn and ulcer treatment, which can obviously increase the rate of epithelialization of the damaged surface skin.It has been used to reconstruct vagina, repair of dural defect and intestinal skin fistula.Amniotic membrane has played an increasingly important role in ophthalmology since it was found that 40% of corneal transparency and epithelial phenotype could be recovered by amniotic membrane transplantation in injured rabbit cornea.As the biological and histological characteristics of amniotic membrane have been revealed, this kind of "magical membrane" has been widely used in ophthalmology.
