前列地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗老年性耳聋的临床疗效

【摘要】：目的研究神经节苷联合前列地尔治疗老年性耳聋的临床疗效与安全性。方法老年性耳聋患者120例随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。对照组在常规用药基础上应用前列地尔治疗,实验组在其基础上联合应用神经节苷脂。观察两组治疗效果、听力水平、眩晕与耳鸣的改善情况以及良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组痊愈17例,显效18例,总有效率93.34%;对照组痊愈14例,显效15例,总有效率76.67%。治疗后两组患者的听力水平均有显著提升,尤以实验组更明显,实验组治疗前后单耳平均听阈差值为(42±5)d B,对照组为(29±3)d B。实验组眩晕治疗有效率为84.21%,耳鸣治疗有效率为91.11%;明显高于对照组(71.43%、77.27%,P0.05)。两组不良反应轻微,减少用药剂量后症状消失。结论应用神经节苷脂联合前列地尔治疗老年性耳聋疗效较好,可有效改善患者的听力水平、眩晕与耳鸣的症状,同时用药安全性较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical efficacy and safety of ganglioside combined with alprostadil in the treatment of presbycusis. Methods 120 patients with presbycusis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of routine medication, and the experimental group was treated with ganglioside on its basis. The therapeutic effect, hearing level, improvement of vertigo and tinnitus and the occurrence of good reaction were observed. Results after treatment, 17 cases were cured in the experimental group, 18 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 93.34%, while in the control group, 14 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, and the total effective rate was 76.67%. After treatment, the hearing level of the two groups improved significantly, especially in the experimental group. The average hearing threshold difference before and after treatment was 42 卤5 dB in the experimental group and 29 卤3 dB in the control group. The effective rate of vertigo and tinnitus in the experimental group was 84.21 and 91.11 respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (71.43) and 77.27% (P0.05). The adverse reactions in both groups were mild and the symptoms disappeared after reducing the dosage. Conclusion ganglioside combined with alprostadil is effective in the treatment of presbycusis and can effectively improve the hearing level, vertigo and tinnitus symptoms.
