玉屏风散联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎42例

【摘要】：目的:观察玉屏风散联合舒利迭吸入治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各42例。2组均给予舒利迭吸入治疗,观察组同时给予玉屏风散治疗,观察2组治疗前后鼻炎症状体征评分、哮喘控制评分、肺功能情况及临床疗效。结果:哮喘控制评分、过敏性鼻炎评分及肺功能各指标治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.86%,对照组为76.19%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:玉屏风散联合舒利迭吸入治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎较单纯西药治疗效果显著,可有效控制支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎症状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with sulidide inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis. Methods: 84 patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42), control group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42), respectively. The observation group was treated with Yupingfeng powder at the same time. The symptoms and signs of rhinitis and asthma control score were observed before and after treatment. Pulmonary function and clinical efficacy. Results: there were significant differences in asthma control score, allergic rhinitis score and pulmonary function between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). The total effective rate was 92.86 in the observation group and 76.19 in the control group. Conclusion: Yupingfeng Powder combined with sulidide inhalation is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis and can effectively control the symptoms of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.
