声门型喉癌额侧垂直部分喉切除术后钛网支架喉功能重建的长期效果

【摘要】：正1869年,Solis-Cohen首次采用了垂直喉部分切除术(vertical[partial laryngectomy,VPL)~([1])并实现了声门型喉癌的长期治愈。喉部分切除术在彻底切除肿瘤的同时保留了喉的正常组织,重建喉功能,是治疗声门型喉癌较有效的方法。VPL术后重建修复的原理是通过替代手术中切除的软组织,促进气道管腔上皮细胞的再生从而增强术后的发声功能~([2])。为了改善声音质量,也研发了多种技术,包括带蒂肌皮瓣、双蒂肌皮瓣等。钛是一种低致敏性材料,已广泛应用于整形外科和颌面外科,具有良好的长期效果~([3-4])。而在气
[Abstract]:In 1869, Solis-Cohen first adopted vertical partial laryngectomy ([1]) and realized the long-term cure of glottic laryngeal carcinoma.
