鼻内镜双径路切除上颌窦骨化性纤维瘤囊性变1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,女,18岁。因左侧眼球突出6个月于2015年9月7日入院。患者诉6个月前左侧眼球突出,伴左侧面部不适及左侧头痛,无发热、鼻塞、鼻出血及视力减退等。患者无特殊既往史。入院查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏71次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压111/71mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)。左侧眼球向前上方突出,眼球活动及视力正常;双侧鼻黏膜稍肿胀,左侧钩突肿大,鼻腔鼻咽部未见新生物;无牙痛、面麻等症状。鼻窦CT示左侧上颌窦扩大,内可见一混杂密度影填充,大小约3.4cm×2.6cm,内可见条状、片状钙化灶,上颌窦骨质受压
[Abstract]:A reported case of 18 years old female. The patient was admitted to hospital on September 7, 2015 for 6 months due to left eye exophthalmos.
